Integrity at Minderoo Foundation

Integrity at Minderoo Foundation

At Minderoo Foundation we encourage all of our team to be guided by our ten Values in all that we do. We are committed to a culture of integrity, ethical behaviour and the provision of a safe, fair and honest workplace. Misconduct of any type is unacceptable. If left unchecked, misconduct can impact on the well-being and safety of you, your colleagues, the organisation and its stakeholders.

This is a whistleblower service that we refer to as Integrity at Minderoo Foundation. It is an avenue for our employees to raise concerns of suspected or actual misconduct in the workplace.

This could include any one or more of the following:

  • Bullying
  • Harassment
  • Fraud
  • Theft
  • Dishonesty
  • Misconduct including unethical behaviour
  • Health/Safety or Environmental concerns
  • General/Other
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Policy/Procedure breach
  • Discrimination
  • Any conduct or behaviour that contravenes our Values or Code of Conduct
  • Any other concerns you feel you cannot raise internally, or which have been reported internally but have not been resolved

The behaviour we walk by is the behaviour we accept.

Our Values empower us to demonstrate integrity in all that we do. Have the courage and determination to speak up when you see others stray from our Values, our Code of Conduct or other policies or processes.

Please report any integrity concerns as promptly and fully as possible. Bring the matter to the attention of your Leader, People and Culture team contact, Legal team contact or use this confidential reporting system. Should you choose to do so, your report can be lodged anonymously.

We take reports made through this service seriously, and we are committed to reviewing all reports and initiating investigation where appropriate to do so. We ask you to please cooperate as directed with any investigation or inquiry as needed.

Those reporting in good faith will be afforded appropriate protections from retaliation or victimisation. Responders will treat reports as confidential and in a manner consistent with the need to investigate and implement preventative or remedial action.

False Reporting

This service provides a critical function within our organisation and we ask everyone to respect that. We will not tolerate any false reports made either deliberately or vexatiously. Where we discover any false reports, we may take reasonable disciplinary action.
